Pep talk

I really need to focus - on my health, my fitness, my education. On everything that is important right now, really. I’m so motivated by social media, I am so tempted to take a break. I don’t think I will, however, because I love talking to everyone on here, and it’s not like my dashboard is a negative environment or anything. I just really need to cut back my social networking time and put all of my effort into my health, my fitness, and my schooling.

As much as I love my body and I am so proud of all of my accomplishments, my lack of vigorous exercise is definitely taking a toll on my self esteem.

Also, I really think that I need to cut out dairy again, or at least cut back. My skin is horrific and I definitely think a combination of this and excessive sweets are to blame.

My plan is to go to the gym on Monday morning before my class at 1. Hopefully I can stick to that plan. It’ll be my first time in my new gym, so I’m expecting r to be a laid-back workout just trying to figure everything out - or just heading to the cardio equipment because it’s not rocket appliance (TPB reference, I’m not an idiot) (and shoutout to sunalwaysshining for boosting my confidence and giving me a little pep talk, love you babe).

Anyways, while I’ve been eating good breakfasts and dinners, I haven’t really been eating lunches because my schedule is funky, and I’ve been eating abnormal amounts of sweets.

I’m falling asleep now, but I hope y’all have/had a good day/night, wherever ya are!

Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know.

life hack: remember to compliment people on qualities other than their looks. remind them of their kindness, thoughtfulness, and intelligence. tell them about how powerful and capable they are.

how often do you masturbate?

How about you don’t ask me personal questions? Why would you think that I would answer this, especially publicly?
