Running!! And obviously squats, squat kicks, squat pulses, all da types of squats. then stiff-legged deadlifts, lunges, wall sits, etc. then all of those super fun booty exercises on the floor, like fire hydrants and donkey kicks and leg lift things, idk what they’re called right now, it’s late!
